Mount Bandai, also known as Aizu Fuji, displays both a graceful silhouette and a rugged appearance shaped by volcanic eruptions. Living alongside this volcano, we have discovered and cherished many “treasures” over time.
On July 15, 2017, captivated by its majestic presence, we created the special rice mold “Rice Bandai-san.” Inspired by the diverse and creative curries made by local shops, this idea came to life as a “mountain of treasures filled with everyone’s passion.”
We invite you to enjoy the unique and original curries, each infused with the heartfelt dedication of its creators.
